Losing weight or committing to an exercise plan can improve your health dramatically, but it can be difficult to do this on your own. Our E-Health Coaching program connects you with a personal coach who will work with you at the convenience of your home or work to assess your health habits and develop personalized health goals and a customized plan for achieving them. Your E-Health Coach will continually evaluate your progress, while providing the support and encouragement you need to succeed. This confidential service is available through our website via our secure log-in system.
Life is about balance so the best way to start is to slowly but surely making small changes instead of drastic diets and changes. In my experience training thousands of people with different goals I have learned why people stop working out:
- Motivation - People lose interest and motivation specially if they don’t see any progress.
- Commitment - It's hard to make a commitment, and most common excuse, “ I don’t have time”
- Education - The health and fitness field is saturated with a lot of misinformation, and there are a lot of people that called themselves fitness experts who do not have the credentials. If you take in all the information that is online it is very easy to see why people get confused. this leads to many people starting, then stopping or changing fitness programs to try something else. This constant search for a quick-fix due to lofty promises contributes to the mismanagement of health. Our program is based around motivation, work, and commitment to your personal success.

We want you to make a commitment with you to take time to exercise, be active, and help you take control of your life. An E-Health Coach will design a customized program to meet your individual needs and goals based on a complete fitness assessment providing the health and fitness professional with a three-dimensional representation of the client.
